Well its happened again, Facebook shut down the ads for Auctions and penny auctions, without notice, without reason, but shit howdy we all know the reason.
Jesse Willims again by the way he markets, charges and handles customers has brought the heat again, and all because he is what he is. But hey, we all like some cash, but at what expense. Again where were the networks on this one, Oh i forgot they were at the bank getting some cash on the $100CPA that they made for destroying yet another business model, Thanks!
When are people going to walk away from the quick buck? When will they decide that running a single offer from someone known to blow it up isn't really worth it.
I still wonder how long this guy is going to be around. However I can tell you this, that this time around the Attorney Generals will be coming after the networks, and Jesse has made sure that he is protected but have the networks running his offer!
People need to understand that running these types of offers from this type of person not only hurts the industry its in, but hurts ours as well and brings heat to affiliates and networks and good advertisers. There are plenty of good auction sites out there that do not charge the customer upfront a one time fee of 150 bucks. Let the consumer decide the pack he wants to buy and make your commission.

Why Dish the Dirt!
definition of dirt
There are about 10 definitions of Dirt! I think that only one really stands out the best to fit what Its about and my blog.
" Informal -eat dirt'- to accept blame, guilt, criticism, or insults without complaint; humble or abase oneself "
What the Fuck is wrong here!
WOW, What happens to high paying offers, whats gonna happen to the so called "big boys" like Clickbooth, or Leadclick to Debok, or Reebok, the floggers, blogger's, and jogger's? Jesse Willims and penny auctions that are being looked upon badly because of one advertiser. What is really going on, has the whole industry gone crazy?
I have often wondered why so much has been said about advertisers and the dirt bag's they are or aren't. And yes there are many, however is there room for blame, is there a slight possibility that plain greed and nothing good to offer other than the recent best converting offer, with the highest payout is the only thing left. Even if it completely destroys an entire industry? Why do we allow or Run offers like this, call it self criticism i guess, but running swipebids for 90 bucks while it destroys, companies like quibids and many others chance to run as a legitimate offer and site is as Mike Tyson says "Ludicrous", or running a Colon Cleanse with no terms, no compliance to only make it impossible for a Dr to get his own merchant account for his own products to sell because its on the Black list. Yet no one has even talked about the media companies, the publishers, or the affiliates who drive the traffic.
I think in general that some of the advertisers and affiliates I have worked with directly are pretty decent, and in fact they have worked through some tough times. It seems that times have changed in the last year more than they have in the past 8 years.
Have the Kings Fallen
Where did all the big fish go? Companies like IWorx, ILead, FWM, E4, DePok, VK, Crush, Grahm, just to name a few. Its like "Poof" there gone. From my research I know some have been shut down, a couple are out of business and one or two are doing something different.
Now we are left with a bunch of fall off and half ass advertisers and Jesse Willims doing Penny auctions paying a crazy 100CPA with the heat catching up!
When we talk about change what has changed, is it the CPA "YES" is it the traffic "NO" is it the affiliates "SOMETIMES" for the most part its been a few advertisers that have been the cause and changed the whole industry to crash. And a select few advertising networks that have allowed this to continue without self regulation and continuing to run shit non compliant or even partially compliant offers, and even creating there own offers without having the knowledge to properly run day to day operations and driving up CPA's
"Word on the street"
Very few people in the industry talk together to try and understand or self regulate, but a couple blogs I follow in the industry like Pace Lattin with www.industrypace.com has done a great job with spilling beans, or at least talking about subjects many wont discuss. The other person is Nicky Cakes with www.nickycakes.com he takes a different approach, although good and to the point.
Or you have the so called famous dead beat club on face book who has countless media companies, small and large affiliates talking about advertisers who don't pay.
People who Don't pay, Or did they?
This brings me to another point, "PEOPLE WHO DON'T PAY" what is this, what does this mean? I am sure there are plenty of legitimate claims of people not paying, but have we looked at the reasons, too high of CPA or bad traffic. Is it about companies you heard about who used to run half par traffic that didn't convert for an advertiser so there ROI couldn't back out enough to pay , Or affiliates that have flat out sent fraud and gift-card traffic maybe they knew maybe not. Or is it the last year of merchant accounts and Visa and MasterCard that was shutting down countless merchants and advertisers, causing a whole industry to flip on its head?
There are so many variables in all of this, when we talk about people who cant pay, the old Acai guys, Biz opp and Colon Cleanse, E-Cigarettes you name it, some of us got burned, network and Affiliates and yes even advertisers. But the thing that pisses me off the most is those large networks, the ones who went to all lengths to get there money paid back, like Opening up merchant accounts over seas, or partnering with a processor that allowed aggregating transactions, and telling advertisers to process there old data and declines in order to pay the debt and in exchange they would keep the funds and after the debt was paid they would pay them 50% of the processed funds. What the hell is this, A gray line or a black line (aka-eadvertising most famous for doing this from what I hear) Maybe I should have asked my advertisers to do this to get paid back! (NOT)
I have been trying to reach out to some of those advertisers who were hit the hardest by account shut downs and didn't have the ability to pay and who ran lots of traffic with the "big boys" and have been sued by companies like www.leadclick.com or www.eadvertising.com www.copeac.com , Hydra and many more, to find out just how they were affected and what they were doing now. Which I would still love to hear from those that didn't return my emails, if you read this.
Some of them are out of business, others are barely hanging on, and some are doing the same old thing. Some currently being sued, But one thing is in common is the aftermath of having networks run there transactions to be paid and then the complaints, class-actions, suits, etc that could arise from it. I guess as long as those big companies get paid what else matters, unless the AG starts asking, then those companies will have to deal with it.
What Now?
At the end, its been about 15 months since the industry change started and we are all sitting here wondering whats next, whats the newest and biggest one hit wonder. Well I can tell you this, its still a cowboy world, with more advertisers that are clueless than ever, and networks hungrier than a pot smoker at I-hops.
So after the munchies have subsided what now, do we run after the best converting offer, the company that pays, run the offers for the dirt bags who tank and bring heat to the industry? Fuck Who knows, All I know is that a company who has a good offer, compliant, and can pay is the best option, but until in whole all networks and affiliates jump on the Chuck Wagon, bring CPA's down and don't run clown ass offers, we will all be running for the Bell, for those tasty easy to make .59 cent tacos cause they go down nice, until people like Oprah junk punches while swallowing!
How to fix the industry?
Is it going to take the Networks getting their ass handed to them? Advertisers to be more compliant and offer real products that work, and not Cinnamon in a bottle. Well maybe it will take Warren Buffet to get pissed enough to just flat out Petition to outlaw free plus shipping all together. So we better figure out a way to self regulate it, Visa and MasterCard have definitely started the process.
Because offers like this www.exclusivecashsecrets.com is a problem
